Your Quote

We begin by receiving a Request for Quote via email rfq@bsmachineshop.com , by fax or by personal visit at our facility in Fairhope Alabama.

Triggered by an RFQ, we search our vast inventory for the proper materials needed to satisfy the customer demands or we refer to the company Approved Vendor List to determine material availability and cost. With manufacturing cost and material cost in hand we send a Quote to our customer for approval.

Your Order

We receive Purchase Orders from our customer’s at po@bsmachineshop.com or by fax and postal service then promptly enter them into our system as an Order. The order is thoroughly reviewed for correctness. A “Traveler” is sent to the shop and production is scheduled.

Your Shipment

Attention to detail continues all the way thru to shipping to assure successful delivery to your dock.
