Heat Treating

Many parts that we manufacture require heat treating to withstand wear and abrasion. For improvement, we chose to “Heat Treat” some alloys in house. For our customer, this in house process improves “Turnaround” times. We have actually been known to ship a “Heat Treated” ring in 48 hours if the order is received early enough in the day. All “Heat Treated” material is further supported with Furnace Graph and Final Hardness documentation.

Stress Relieving of Fabrications and weld repaired parts is performed right in house to further improve “Turnaround” times.
